I'm not sure if this is the biggest wave ever surfed...but I bet its in the running. Filmed very recently, at 90 feet and somewhere off of Portugal, this thing is remarkably smooth and consistent. It doesn't look like it fell apart randomly as so many big waves do. I cannot imagine being at the bottom of it and looking up at a wall of water near 100 feet above my head...Truly an epic ride...
