Nissan Wins Again in GT1...

Fending off a hard charging Aston Martin and Corvette the #23 JRM GT-R finished at the lead of the pack of three to take the win this weekend at the Silverstone GT1 event.  These top three were separated by a total of a 1/2 second.

This marks the 2nd win of the five the have been held so far in 2011 for the #23 JRM Nissan GT-R and drivers Michael Krumm and Lucas Luhr.  The win also puts both JRM drivers at the top of the GT1 drivers standings and the #23 car in second place for the team championship.

This marks the half way point of the GT1 season with five remaining races.  Nissan is in an excellent position to put at least one car on the Championship podium and even run for the overall 2011 GT1 win.
